SV it is time to start a YT legal department. You can probably come up with a better name. We already have at least three members who by passing judgements on the legality of gray market tractors despite expert testimony fro JDseller and others are qualified to be members of the panel of judges. Next we will have to have a number of ambulance chasers which of course there will be no shortage. JohnT, and someone else I believe, being attornies are obviously not qualified.

When you get through trying a matter in the court of public opinion, you'll need an Appellate Division. Perhaps you can nominate John T for Presiding Justice.

As long as nobody who passes "judgement" has any capability of enforcing anything, who cares?

You need to understand the difference between civil penalties and corporate restrictions, which JD S spoke of, and criminal violations which lead to jail. It is actually a lot more complex than the simple hauling rules generally argued about.
