I have one, got it at Louisville farm show. It does work, but you have to go slow, motor needs more power. But if you weed eat almost every time, I get by. I have a electric sprayer on mower also. Use it everywhere except, around house, flowers, blackberrys. Etc.

Looks like a battery powered weed eater jury rigged to fit on the mower deck. The resolution of the picture isn't that great. If that isn't a hinge I see to get it out of the way I think that would be a terrible attachment. The people must have a lot of fence row.

If it is a battery powered weedeater and that's how it looks to me, most all of them are at least 20 volt and on this tractor it would only be 12 volts. Probably why they think it is under powered.

It is made so it will lift up and also break back so if it hits something solid

Black and Decker used to make 12v cordless trimmers.
Yes, they were wimps and you couldn't go very fast.
