Got my dozer home this weekend. Used it to get my feed lot/calving area ready. Brought cows home too start calving soon. I've pulled it with my 97 dodge 2500 in the past, I have a 2017 f250 now didn't want to use it so I used my 1975 IH truck. It has lots of power and brakes.

While some calve in the fall here in the deep south because it is cooler and the grass grows better in the winter that seems odd for you to be calving just before the snow flies in Idaho.

I m about 80 miles north of Greencreek, but at a slightly lower elevation. We don t expect snow until around the 1st of November, and most years it doesn t stick until after Thanksgiving.
