I agree with Fawteen I think it is a Pasquali. I worked on one once.

The rear lift cylinder is huge, but yes, it looks just like the Pasquali I used to have. Pic is backwards though. The oil bath filter was on other side of engine.

I saw 2 versions of this pic and just saved one without looking real close.

All this said, I've also seen other brands of tractors that looked almost exactly like the older Pasquali's, right down to the Lombardini engines.
