At an auction, we saw one of those radiator shutter systems on a perfectly rusted tractor that was going to the scrap heap.

We bought a PTO castle nut for $5 from the scrapper who bought that tractor, because it was loose... but didn't have the tools with us to remove the rusted on shutter system.

Got this one at a farm sale about four years ago. Repaired mag ,new clutch and one rear tire. Runs good. Probably paid to much for it. Did some plowing last year with it.

Don't feel bad, we have wayyyy more money stuck into our rust bucket than it's worth... but that's how we chose to spend some fun money.
