OT 2006 F150 heated seats

My F150 heated seats are having a mind of their own..Ive seen em turn on by themselves and I cant shut em off at times.They will always time out and turn off.

The heated seats in my XT5 will turn automatically. If it's really cold they are on hi. Warmer times will be med or low.
Stearing wheel is turned automatically too.

I use heated seats even in the summer. Back love it.

The only thing mine do automatically is shut off after 10 min.

Looks like a pretty involved trouble shooting process.

Not sure about replacing the module, as in where it is, or what else it does, but there is a possibility the new module may have to be assigned to the VIN by the dealer. Possibility it could change the function of other things beside the seats. Proceed with caution!

Of mine comes on automatically, they will shut off or go to a lower setting automatically.

If I turn them on manually, they will stay on until I turn the car off.
