Gas- Allis WC in particular.

My MH44 on 12V cranks at 300 RPM, I would assume half for 6V

Most diesel injection pumps are tested for cranking fuel delivery at 100 pump RPM which is 200 crankshaft RPM.

I can start my old Massey by hand turning the belt pulley. A hand crank would give you about 2 or 3 rpm, depending on how strong you are. If the ignition system is good and fuel supply is OK, does there need to be a minimum?

I had to laugh. I was picturing someone with a bad starter or weak battery trying to hand crank at 150 rpm!

If it is timed right, it should start by barely turning it over.
