Hercules pistons

I am looking for pistons for a IXBL Hercules. As the stroke is 1/4 inch longer than an IXB the pistons have to be 1/8 shorter. The
top of pin bore to piston crown is 1.065. Pin size is 3/4 so compression height is 1.440. Looking for bore size of about 3 3/16 or
3.313. If anyone could measure a Ford piston or Continental Z series I would Appreciate it. I had a TRW catalog but I can't find
it!

Are you sure of that model name? I'm thinking IXLB. Try herculesparts.com . Linda Bero, 740-745-1475

There are a couple of other outfits that specialize in Herc parts, too- Google is your friend.

You might also want to post this on the Oliver Cockshutt board- Oliver/Cletrac crawlers and some Cockshutt tractors used Hercules engines. I've got a project Cockshutt 35 with GO198 engine that is awaiting completion of my new shop, for which the floor got poured yesterday.

Does your parts manual have a listing for IXLB pistons with part number? I would love to have some info on this motor! Thanks
