I have a John Deere 4240 power shift with a bad transmission, but the motor is good. Will this motor bolt up to a John Deere 4250? Both engine models are 6466 but the 4240 is non turbo

Yes the 4240 engine will bolt up to a 4250 clutch housing.

Thanks for correcting my mistake. I was unaware 40 & 50 series side frames/bolt pattern were different.
