my "Prima Donna" Cub LOBOY

I may have done it to myself, yesterday I washed my 1958 Cub LoBoy, then it would not start. The 6V battery spins it ok, just not firing. I squirted a little starting fluid into carb while cranking, still no hit. So far today, the weather is pretty, I am wishing for simple find/fix project.

Check for moisture in the distributor cap.

Tip dist cap back with wires on it and hit it good with compressor air.

WD-40 is made for such a situation. Spray inside and outside of distributor and coil.

Answering my own post, later the same day:
I removed distributor cap, it looked clean, I made sure it was dry. Closed it up, tried starting, success! No booster, no fluid, no tricks. I am delighted! Thanks for suggestions, folks.
