In a post yesterday you mentioned Amish moving into your area. I know there are quite a few upstate now. I'm selling my sawmill and old planers ect and thought they might have an interest. Do you know of any publications that I could advertise that might reach that community? If no idea I understand.
Thanks, Steve

My Amish neighbor moved up there 10 years ago, many move from Lancaster County Pa, would recommend Lancaster Farming Newspaper, comes out weekly.

A lot of the Amish around here are more progressive communities. They get the local Pennysavers and Countryfolks publications weekley.--------------Loren

There are quite a few Amish just south of me in Southern Cortland and Madison Counties. Also some in eastern Oswego County. I agree with other posts suggesting advertising in the Country Folks and Lancaster Farming. I think there is also a website called “sawmill exchange “ that might help you advertise your mill.
