730 case tractor jumps out of gear

I have a early 60s Case 730 LP tractor with an8 speed H-L transmission with a single stick and it jumps out of all the H side gears including reverse . Can anyone tell me what the problem could be and how to fix it?

Go down to the case page and ask the experts. But I will say
it sounds like something in the shift tower. If it was lower in
The gear box you would get either jumping out of high range
or low range, or one or more of the four gears. But it's very
rare for a case to jump out of gear. I can't see how anything
in the gear box would make it jump out of all four gears in one
range but not the other.

Wileman welcome to YT! The tractors which I am most familiar with that are red will jump out of gear if bearings
on the transmission shafts go bad or get real loose. I don’t know those Case models very well but I think this can
apply to all tractor makes and models with gear drive transmissions. Heard any additional strange noises prior
to this problem? I will post a link to the Case topic section Jon referred to.
