Broke my vows-----------------

When I built my shop 22 years ago I vowed never to do any major painting in it but I am putting different wheels and tires on my 1900 and the weather is crappy outside so I have a makeshift paint booth by the door thanks to a industrial strength Harbor Freight tarp and a $15 window fan. Never again???---Tee

putting a very thin primer mix on the inside using my spinner--It make a painter out of anybody! will paint outsides of rims this afternoon....

In the warm weather I wait until the bugs die on the paint and pick them off with a tweezers when the paint dries--Loren and I call it our CBS paint booth--Clear Blue Sky---Tee

It is a machine I built 30 years ago to cut rims apart with the plasma and widen them and weld them backs together--It runs with a hydro motor for variable speed. It works good when you paint with it too--rotates 2-3 rpm so you never get a run.---Tee

finished rim for an Oliver

It has a 9 bold hub for widening 9 bolts so had to make an adaptor for my 1900 open center rims when I widened them this month--so I bolted my front rims to the adapter with long 1/2 in bolts for painting...

That’s how all my painting gets done maybe someday I’ll have a heated indoor dust proof room 😂😂
