So did the wind get hold of him or? Yesterday the northbound high profile vehicles were going pretty slow because of the wind and icy roads. The stiff wind was blowing from the northwest.

Yesterday from about Mt. Horeb to Dubuque on 151 was real interesting. I was following a tractor trailer rig and watched the wind gust push the back of the trailer probably 15deg sideways on slick stuff and he recovered and kept going.....probably needed underwear change later !!
