What tractor do you think is better? Oliver 1850, White 2-85 and 2-105, Massey Ferguson 1100 and 1130.
The 2-105 and the 1130 have turbos but other then that they all have the same engine.

Massey has the better 3pt, but doesnt play nice with self mount plows. If the Massey has pressure control drawbar it can be a pain in the a$$.

Otherwise Id take any of them if you pay delivery.

Shouldve said semi mount plows.

On another note, I gave directions to my house, auto correct moved me to the White House, not a white house.

Oliver 1850 and White 2-88 2-85 2-105.Those Masseys you list are good tractors but are more likely to have hydraulic issues which also affect pto engagement.

The 2-105 would be my choice...closed center hydraulics, over under direct trans and a nice cab with good a/c.Better yet a 2-110 or 2-88 with side console and even better cab.I have a 2-88.Their a damn good machine for the money.

The 2-105 is the superior choice of those listed. By virtue of the better hydraulics, brakes and steering. The Oliver 1850 would be my second choice. We have an 1850, and my son owned a 2-105 for a few years. His "better half" forced him to sell it. We really regret not buying it.

The 1850 would make the closest comparison to the 806. From side by side comparisons when we sold tractors, the 1850 had the edge. The 2-105 would easily outclass a 1206 and use less fuel doing it. The 105 is a couple of generations newer tractor, too.

The White models listed would not compare to the older Massey models listed but would compare to the newer MF models 399-1105 & 1135. Many Masseys of either era listed have never had hydraulic problems to this day. Maintenance is the key. Many get into trouble putting a Hydraulic filter that allows bigger dirt particles to flow through the system. The MF 1100 series require a 5 micron hydraulic filter or trouble will result. The 5-10-20 micron filter all look the same on the outside but will not filter the same.
