Strange Farmall H belt pulley

Found this tractor for sale near me, anyone recognize what is mounted to the belt pulley drive? Never seen anything like it, thanks, Mike

That is interesting. It looks like it might be a drive for a mounted corn or cotton picker. The box for the push button is different, too. Looks to have an ignition switch on it with the button. Wonder if it's an ON/OFF key to replace the pull knob to the mag?

Looks like that drawbar is in really nice shape, almost looks new.

Would have to look at one but is that just the mount for the rotted off wooden pulley?
