Hard to tell from last photo, but you did crack the nuts for the rigid injection lines at the injectors and not the return lines correct? Looks like you are pointing to the return line.

Like has been said crack the lines at the injectors and give her a puff of starting fluid it will get the engine speed up to pump faster

those pumps self bleed,, I have seen more than once a person install the rubber seal on top in the wrong grove and you will not get fuel through them,,

You might try cutting a piece of inner tube, with valve, large enough to cover the gas tank fill hole and get it air tight with duct tape or maybe zip ties. You can then shoot some pressure in there, not too much, around ten pounds. If you have a hand air pump that might be safer for you. This will get it going thru the system and continue opening injectors and cranking, you can shoot a little starter fluid to get it running initially but take the air filter out first. I have also used a large syringe with a short tube attached to force diesel thru the small fuel lines, they sell these at auto parts stores or steal the wife's turkey baster.

Sorry GL, cant help you with the starting issue but I hope the race was as good in person as on TV! You had a gorgeous day to be at the track, I think its going to be an interesting Indycar season!

That Barber Motorsport park is a beautiful facility, hope you had a great time.

Jegs ..... thanks it was a great day at the track! Got to see 3 races. Some kind of porsche series ,the indy lites and the indy cars. Couple first time winners. It is a beautiful track.

Is it at least making some smoke? If theres absolutely no smoke them its probably a fuel problem if there is it could something a lot more serious mechanically.
