In the future,,,should we come across any unsatisfied customers,,we have devloped an extensive system to handle any complaints.
Its a well thought out plan,,an extremely efficient system,,that we feel will work well.
Any complaints will go immediately to our field representative,,Mr SV Cummings
He will address it,,and analyze it.
From there,,it goes right to the top of our system.
It gets handed to Mr Ringo Cummings,,hes the top dog of our customer compaint department
Ringo Cummings is no stranger to tractors,,his many years of experience will handle any complaints that arise
We are confident that our new system will work very well for Rand K tractor sales,(Love Equipment)
