3 point stuck

35 HP Kubota with hitch stuck in the up position. I can still move lever but can't lower 6' mower. I know there have posts on here about the same thing but on different model tractors. So anything on this would help.

I've seen where on the JD 4xxx mini series of tractors, something sticks inside the hydraulic valve for the 3 point and then it won't go down. It will go up, but not down even with weight on them. The fix for the JDs is taking the valve apart and cleaning it. Might be a similar issue with your Kubota.
 
Under the seat towards the front there is likely a knob to control the rate of drop of the three point hitch. If its screwed all the way in this will prevent the hitch from dropping.
 
Both of the other posters have it right. I have probably answered that question countless times. Someone unfamiliar with the tractor jumps up in the seat and turns the knob thinking they are adjusting the seat but they cut off the rate of lowering. Just screw out the black know under the seat and you are ready to go.
 
Thanks to all who replied. I tried that knob & down it came. I must have bumped that with my foot to get it in that position!!
