Wagon tires

Looking to put new tires on my haywagons. 15 tires. Anyone think the same type I use on my livestock trailer would work??

Only way I'd put trailer tires on is if they're used and I got them for free. Would not waste the money on new ones, because you'll never wear them out. They will be rotten and exploding within 5-6 years.

I don't know why it's trailer tires and only trailer tires, but car tires, truck tires, implement tires don't seem to do that.

I have a few decent sets around here from my other trailers over the
years. Would they hold up the weight?

If you can pass down something from a road vehicle, all the better.

Or check some mom and pop tire shops for something used. Look for bias ply light truck tires if you can find them.

Avoid anything marked 'ST' (special trailer), no good! The new tires don't last like the old ones did, they will rot within a few years.

I am trying to get new tires on my wagons, taking over a farm and the other tires were left to go to crap.
Anyways they currently have 9.5x15 tires on them. I dont have the money to spend on all of them. Could I use something like a 5.9x15?

That's what I use on my wagons. When I upgrade 6-7 year old tires on my trailers. All my wagons are small and they don't leave the farm.

Load rating are stamped on tire. Letters have replaced #of plys. The more ply the more pressure and the more the load rating.
I think, check it out. an F rating is equal to 12 ply, 95 psi. E rating is 10 ply 90 psi.
Not sure, my memory bank has a hole in the hard drive.
