My wife fixed a really good Thanksgiving dinner today and after cleaning up and letting it settle a bit, me and oldest son started to work on his 140 to pass the time. With everyone being off today, I didn't feel much like starting on anything else around the farm. We managed to get it split and the old parts removed. I tried the bread and grease trick suggested to remove the pilot bushing but that was a hopeless affair. Wound up having to chisel it into pieces and break it up to remove it.The bushing looked to be most of the problem with it wanting to drag and catch as it had LOTS of wear, but the clutch disk does have significant wear to it. Hope to finish this project up over the weekend as time permits.
