Value of a '14 Kubota MX4700 2 WD,LA844 loader with buc

My neighbor asked me what his '14 MX4700 2WD(400 hrs)with standard trans with sync-shuttle,LA844 FEL with bucket,LandPride RCF 2072 that he purchased new was worth? Anyone have any idea of value?

I would say 18 to 20 thousand on the tractor and loader if its and good shape and paint not faded
like the Kubota's that live outside. 12 to 18 hundred on the cutter if its not all banged up. Just
my guess and I'm sure jm will chime in and give you a more accurate price. Used emission free
tractors have increased in value considerably in the last few years.
 
Your price on the tractor is exactly what I was guessing it would bring in mid Missouri. If I was selling Id start at 20k and feel the market out.

That one would not need a new gearbox at 20hrs and take 3 months to get! ( ask my dad about thay)
 
Well here is the first thing he has to deal with 78% of Kubotas sold are 4 wheel drive and then
with a loader. Ity is not a matter of what it is worth it is when or where do you sell it,
dealership that sells 300+ tractors a year might sell 8 or 10 2 wheel. He is just going to have to
find that right guy, that being said the guys are right in saying 18 to 20 but he won't get that at
auction UNLESS that one guy is there./ Start at 20 and see how long he has to wait. Putting a
loader on a 2 wheel tractor is a grave mistake now days.

My neighbor is aware of the mindset of the public concerning MFWD & FEL's. I've owned a M7040 MFWD that's handled many rd bales that only required the MFWD engaged a very few times in 10 yrs of my use. I only engaged MFWD at those moments because it was available.

Lets face it even soccer Mom's & golfing Dad's need 4WD vehicles to drive on pavement.

I have a Kubota L4400 2 wheel drive
purchased it new and its been a good one
I use it for mowing and running my 5 foot rototiller and my seeder
traction is good and comfortable to be on all day.
I would buy another one.
