3 way diverter valve leaking

Installed a Massey Ferguson 3 way valve. It is leaking out the hole in the center of the cylinder. What do I do!

I would contact the seller. Based on this old post it may be a common issue.

Thank you. I am calling them tomorrow. From the post you sent
me, there isnt a plug or treads for a plug in the opening. I think
they forgot to do that at the factory. I guess I will find out when I
talk to them. Thanks again.
