Hidden treasure

At a meeting last night a friend told me about an abandoned car that he had stumbled upon out in the woods. It is a 1970 Datsun 240 Z, the same brand as my roadster. It was only a half mile from my house and was deposited there in the late eighties by a fellow who got divorced and moved away. I went to look at it and found a treasure trove of lots of nice old junk. I think that most of it came from auctions that he had attended. I thought that this pile of wheels looked interesting. What could they go to?

Then there was this old IH crawler. What model?

It may look abandoned but it is someones treasure! Most likely the land owner. It would be in the best interest of everyone to find the owner of this property before removing anything. I hate it when
someone comes on to one of my farms and take my stuff that they declared abandoned.

(quoted from post at 13:56:27 02/23/22) Somebody would be a hot rod if they came on my place taking pictures whether they stumbled across it or not.

Maybe you have found your calling as a private investigator to determine if permission was obtained before taking pictures. You could make a simple start with just the "Rust", "Welcome to the crib", and "Be it ever so humble" pictures. Have fun, and be sure to report back every week.

Ive had friends that were robbed by these bandits with their abandoned nonsense.Everything belongs to someone, take it and youre a thief,no matter what you call it.
