MF1135 Fuel Rail Return

This week just keeps on getting better.

I had my local tractor repair shop send a tech out to remove the injection pump and injectors from my 1130.

I drove the pump and injectors and 1 1/2 away to have them rebuilt, got them back, and now the young fellow has returned, and is confused as to what sits on top of the last injector closest to the operator's seat on the return fuel line.

Is it a "cap", or bolt of some type. I think it's a cap, he thinks it's some sort of line.

Anyone know where I can find a picture or exploded view diagram of the return rail on the 1130.

He's calling his bosses, but they can't figure it out either..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The leak off line across the injector tops MAY have one ore two through bolts that connect to the filter base top leak off line to carry away trapped filter air, then go
back the fuel tank. Early 1130 had different filter mounting than the later 9B tractors had

Is this what you are wondering about, MF calls it a "union", where a line would connect, as D.T. said in the other reply.

Hey! Thanks for the quick replies.

My 1130 has the Union there at the last injector, but just treads showing. The tech is confused with how the union is capped?

The return line for that rail goes back towards the filters at the pump and is connected with a small line back to the injection pump.

Thanks again for the help.

I'm thinking there must be another return line hanging hidden somewhere that needs to be found and connected?

EXACTLY RIGHT!

The young man had tucked it out of site behind the bracket holding the shutoff cable.

After he left, I went out, found it re-attached it.

The I tightened down some injector bolts he hadn't snugged down, seated the rubber seal on one injector, re-bolted the shutoff bracket properly and fired up my tractor.....

It's been a long day...Thanks again for all the help folks...
