This weather cant be any good at all for that show. Any updates on what they are doing?

Feel bad for them, 30 miles down the road or so.

One miserable ugly spring this has been.

Me and a buddy of mine go regardless of the weather. Too much fun once a year to pass up. LOL

Pioneer power swap meet; Apri-28-29-30 6:00-5:00 each day Rain-Snow-Sun??Looking for parts, this is a show for you...

I overheard a conversation about it on Monday and they were talking about this weekend. They were wrong, fortunately.

What messy weather! Since my driveway was wrecked I graded it hard to reform the crown; well the weather went bad again and its right back to the same ruts it never set up, need 4wd to make it. Sigh.

Forecast right now (Thursday p.m.) is for high 50s to mid 60s with partly cloudy for most of the show. But in a week -- who knows? I've seen too many shows where the paths and driveways turn to thick pancake batter. But I go early and pull my cart around until I can't walk any more. I missed last year's show because I only made it 4-1/2 miles from home and hit a deer. It did $5,200 damage to my 2000 S-10 with only 43,000 miles on it and out of the shed for the first time after sitting safely all winter. I'll try again -- only 26 miles from home, so hard to not go. Wish me luck!

Hoping the weather will be better for it next weekend - but people will attend regardless of the weather... We have gone when it's raining, snowing, too hot, too windy, too darned cold, and hip-deep in mud (LOL - yes that's an exaggeration... it was only knee-deep LOL).

Everybody should go. It's a blast!!

HOPE to go... still waiting to hear if my husband's vac request is approved because SOMEBODY (namely ME), said it was this weekend, OOPS! Soooo, he took vac tomorrow.

Apparently there was a mixup on dates. It's next weekend.

Weather update:

Ten-day forecast from TV station near Le Sueur says -- of course -- chance of rain FriSatSun. No mention of rain on any of the other seven days. What a surprise! Let's hope forecast is wrong, but have rain boots ready, just in case.
