Ih 606 problems

Hello everyone! I acquired this 606 last year and she is rough but useful. Im wanting to start working through the problems it is having so that I may clean it up and give it a new lease on life and use it on ny farm more. I added some pictures and a video of the tractor.

1st thing im curious about is the pto. Is it supposed to be spinning as soon as the tractor is on? I can pull the lever to the left of the seat and get it to stop at a low enough rpm. But this doesnt seem right to me.

2nd thing is the brakes seem weak, and i can see fluid seeping out the end of the axle.

The radiator is shot ive read that one from a 460/560 will fit?
And lastly the loader, when using it, sometimes the control for the remote on the right side of the seat will poo to neutral and cause functionality of the loader to be lost, is this a worn part issue? And if so where do i begin with repairing.

Also any help on where to fill fluid back up for hydraulic system would be appreciated havemt had luck locating a manual for it and id like to not ruin it from running it low.

Thabks and look forward to the responses!

No pto out put is not supposed to spin . Need to refer to the IT manual for correction. ( or some other 606 repair manual) . Been five years
since I messed with . But the clutch is not releasing the shaft out put , also check the fluid level , ( change it, probably never been done)
What I can remember from 560 with over center .
Lets know what you find .

Age shot the rad! Its got a few hiles in it from age im assuming. Haha im not wanting to pay 800 for a radiator but it may be the only option.

For the pto? Or the control lever for the remotes? If the pto i have no idea, the push button on top is mashed down, im not familiar with this platform. It also moves forward and back with a small hiccup, but no buttons have to be spuhsed, i can get the pto to stop by pulling the lever towards the rear when im at the rear of the tractor, like a brake almost. And for the remote, the loader is plugged into the one below the steering column, on the right hand side, and the kever by the seat has to be constantly reengaged when using the loader. Its annoying enough that im contemplating dropping the loader permanently, but that was the whole reason i traded a 674 off for it..... regret that almost daily

You may have to tie that remote into
position. I had a farmall 504 years ago
and the best I remember you pushed that
button to get that pawl out out of a notch
in the quadrant into the neutral position
and then moved the lever farther to engage
it.

Hello dusty welcome to YT! Here is a run down of how
to actually post a picture on this forum. Pictures post
through the ..Browse or Choose files.. button just
below where it says ..Upload Photos/Videos.. down
lower in the ..New post and reply windows. Clicking
that will give you a choice to select the file or folder
the pictures are stored in on your PC or phone. Then
select the photo from the file and ..Add.. it. They
cannot be pasted into the text area as a file.
I would start with 1 or 2 per reply so the size limitations
do not get you. The videos are a little tricky. If you
have much over 10 seconds it is probably too large to
post here. If you can post it on YouTube and link it here
works best.

Just for helpful additional information here is a link to the manufacturers online parts catalog. It will give you an idea of what is inside. Warning the site does not work real well with a phone or at least not an iPhone. Many of the parts will no longer be available through the dealer or they have them priced ridiculously high. But in many cases web searching the part number finds you other options. The trans and hydraulic level check and fill plug is likely on the side down by the clutch pedal. Not sure if they had graduated to the dipstick on those models or not.
