John Deere F620 plow

Late this summer I picked this 3 bottom 14 inch plow up for my collection. You can still read the dealer sticker on it. I have 3 bottom F125 mounted plow and a 3 bottom F145 semi mount plow and always wanted a F620. I grew up in an area where there were no trailer plows. All mounted or semi mounted. Never used a trailer type plow untill today. It did a nice job but 3 bottoms were enough for my 2510 diesel. This was a clover field that was seeded this spring with oats.

Looks good. I had never used a mounted anchor before working for somebody else. We always had trailer plows. I prefer them. Pull nicer and turn corners in the corner of a field better as well. Also if you get stuck you can many times drive out then chain the plow on through and hitch back up.

That is doing a super nice job. Hard to believe it is your first attempt with a trailer plow. I have several trailer plows, all JD from a 2-16 to a 4-16 that I use behind JD A, D, AR, R, 520, 820 tractors.

That is one heck of nice job. One of the best pics of plowing I've seen in a long time. Can't beat a trailing plow for consistency.
