I just paid $13.99 for a gallone of yellow prestone. Last time I bought any, the expensive stuff was about 8 bucks. Has it been that long? Or have the prices went up drastic?

Oil is an ingredient. You might be able to save some money buying from a bulk dealer by the case.If you just go to a store and buy a gallon they are going to rip you off.I saw 50/50 for 8 dollars the other day and thats probably higher now,at ORiellys auto parts.

Was less than $6 a gallon with a rebate from my ACE hardware store today. (PEAK brand, both colors) Look around, there's bound to be other bargains to be found.

Once in the past, antifreeze prices skyrocketed, and the blame was placed on the cost of natural gas, which was Supposedly.. the feedstock for Ethylene Glycol...

I've got one place (chain) to shop for American products, so have "take it or leave it" prices. Costs 3 times that buying it from a German parts store. Only needed one gallon so I'm not dieing. Just the principal.
