NO NEY SAYERS PLEASE: Hey,anyone remember these threads way back in the spring?About my wife being upset at the hours I work on the farm and wanting to leave me because of it?Well we got seperated in May,since than she's been getting help dealing with her past childhood issues(by the way she has plenty,but not as bad as one may think),she really seems to be turning her life around for the better,and here's the best part,we are working on our marriage again!No guarantees,but a step in the hopefully right direction.

Good for her....and you. See if you can figure out how to get her out there with you this winter - clearing fencerows, taking pics, doing fieldwork. Riding a tractor is pretty good therapy in itself.

I wish you all the good fortunes for the future. My now EX left me 14 years ago, [To Find Herself] I applied for Divorce 8 years ago,took 4 years to get it, and she is still trying to find herself in the bars.

Go taker her to see the movie Fireproof. Best movie I've ever seen. (good for any married couple troubled or not). If not in a theatre near you, rent it when it comes out in stores.

Hope it works out. Like someone else said, get her involved a little. If she don't know what you do, she won't understand why it takes you so long to do it. Perfect example, we have an old house that we live in and have to remodel around ourselves (no down time for services). She'll watch a 30 minute video on redoing a bathroom or something and complain that I never start anything in the evening.
