Where do you guys in Michigan buy your farm chemicals? I hear that some farm chemicals are much less expensive over there and would like to check it out.

We just use the basic chemicals, glyph, Frontier, Marksman, Post, 2,4,D, etc.

Thanks,
JP

I'm asuming you're a certified applicator so you can buy the restricted stuff? I get everything from Gallagher Farm Supply in Belding. About as reasonable as I've found and he'll always take the time to figure out the best combination and most reasonably priced alternatives for you. That's if he's still there next year. Heard he got burned pretty bad in the VeraSun bankruptcy. Don't know how much truth there is to that rumor. I'm sure he'll come out OK though. He always does. He'll probably end up owning the thing before it's done.

Thanks for the info.

Yes, I paid the government to educate me, test me and then sell me a license. You can't buy anything without one here now.

Pretty soon you'll have to take a course, write a test, get a license and buy a permit to have a whiz in your backyard.
