Rubber

I want some rubber (same thing as an inter tube) 4 feet by 10 feet sizes. I use inter tube now, but I would like something that is flat. I use this to protect my tarp when hauling steel on a flat bed truck. Anyone have a idea where to buy this at?

Maybe check w/ local flat roofing supplier. They use rubber similar to that on flat roofs. OR maybe call local commercial roof contractor. They may have some pieces left>>>

Ed is right with his roofing rubber suggestion, and if you have a commercial roofing company that uses EPDM materials, there's a good chance they might have "leftovers" from jobs you could get cheap or free, and just glue them together
