Hey guys,
Wanted to get some opinions on clutch condition. Rebuilding my 175, was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the clutch. Nothing appeared to be blued from heat clutch plate was thick, non glazed. Here's my question, the contact surface on the flywheel side was smooth, not even a lip where the clutch plate doesnt contact. But, there appears to be some very, very fine cracks on the surface if you will. Is this something to be concerned about or should I have it re surfaced? Since the clutch plates themself look so good, should I replace since I have it apart or go with the one I have? As always thanks for the help.
