Tie downs for portable barn

I built a portable hay barn on a place that I have leased because I didn't want to build a permanent structure, what would be the best way to tie it down so the wind can't blow it away and later if I loose the place I can move it. It measures 25X30 and 15' tall. Thanks

They make a mobile trailer stake that screws into the ground-have seen lots of different lengths. Has a loop on the top end to affix too. I used them to anchor a cheap 10' x 8' metal shed, lasted thru many storms. Greg

Yep,I used those on an open sided cattle barn that wanted to come up in the wind. They just don't work very well if you hit a stone while screwing them in.

How about driving a piece of rebar about 4 feet long into the ground thru the timber on the bottom and then bend it over at the top.Just a thought.

Why would you build such a large building on a place you dont even own. There is no way you could move it anyway. You must bee kidding 25x30 with 15ft high. How do you move something that large.

A dead mans anchor may work, a few actually, but may not help if something picks it up.Check 4 wd recovery sites.
