IMT tractors rebadged by John deere?????????????

IMT tractors makes two models with John Deere engines. Are these sold as John Deeres in this country or Europe? I have a 560 IMT that is a great tractor and might want to buy a newer one.

No. IMT buys engines from Deere, but IMT does not produce any Deere-branded tractors.

The few older ones that I have seen look like grey market Massey Fergusons.

Imitation Massey Tractor. No, not really. It is a foreign made tractor, very rare in the U.S. and with no parts supply network to speak of.
