Pirates abound today and now a duel: --------- Grandma in Indianapolis was slashed to death trying to break up a sword fight between her brother-in-law and her grandson today. Police are going to run DNA tests on the blood of the swords to know who to charge with murder. What next ? Someone made to walk the plank ? Witch hunt trials ?

Witch hunts? We already have that with nnalert Clinton, Al Gore, and their cohorts. The charge of these people that mankind is solely responsible for environmental change has always sounded similar to me of the Salem witch trials. In grade school (in the 1970's) we were told an immense amount of data needed to be accumulated to draw conclusions from. Accordingly, to prove global warming you would need many atmospheric observations from many locations over a great period of time (more than ten years considering the earth's age). You would also want a model where mankind was not present in the environment for comparisons.
Instead, you have a bunch of idiots running their mouths over a couple one year or five variations over a handful of convenient locations. I could see my self turning in their observation to my grade school science teacher. The paper would comeback with an "F" on top along with remarks the research was totally inadequate to make conclusions from. There also would a remark to see the teacher after class just so they can see what family of nut jobs you are from.
Talk about 1600's, I could see nnalert and Al leading the drive to gather kindling, rope, and erect a sturdy post in the middle of Salem, MA. back then. But instead, they are at it today to eliminate their rivals. Beware, my friends.
Of course, the 1600's would be way too modern for those situated half way around the globe from us. I think the 600's would be more to their liking.
While science could prove many things possible (even global warming), the current process has been corrupted to the point of having little credibility.
