Hello- I was wondering if any Disabled Vets got their $250 stimulus checks yet? I got a letter saying they would be released in june- thanks- just wondering, mike

from what I read it is supposed to be all disabled vets. was supposed to be paid in May. I did not get mine yet

Well: I'm a Vet,1955-1963 U.S.M.C. but I'm not disabled from that service and yes I and my wife each got a $250.00 payment for Stimulus via direct deposit in late May.No strings attached to my knowledge other than taxation eventually.We will spend it I suppose.Have some not recieved this Payment from the Government?

Don't know about the stimulus payment, but I heard on the news the other night that any vet that's had a colonoscopy at the VA hospital in Murfreesboro TN may have had contaminated instruments used during the procedure. One Viet Nam vet has hepatitis and was HIV positive too. Hal

Got me curious, I'm at 40%, may go higher from complications,
just checked deposit info, it ain't there yet if I'm gettin' one.
Not to steal the thread, just wanted to say goodbye in advance :lol:
They're sendin' me to PTSD clinic, if I'm honest, I'll probably never see the light of day, again :lol:
Though I'm harmless, they may not see it that way, just cause what's crossed my mind.
Thinkin' about omitting some truths...
Takin' the wife for backup...if that makes sense :lol:
I enjoy my freedom, and my way of life I feel I've paid my dues for...
just 'cause I've got some memories, and responses to them, don't make me all bad :lol:
Don't post to often, but if I'm not back on here pretty soon, and the wife has equipment up for sale, that might be a hint :lol:
It ain't that bad, just goofin' around, I'm sure all will be fine...

You don't have to be a diabled vet I don't think. I think it goes to all S.S. check receivers.

I am disabled but not from military action. I am a vet on S/S. As it was explained to me everyone that is disabled will get a check. But we will have to pay it back. Gee thanks external_link. I did not have to pay back the one George Bush gave me.

I'm at 40%. I got a letter about it, but it hasn't showed up yet.

Already got my stimulus check. Paid the dentist's bill with mine. Don't know what my wife did with hers.

Thanks everybody- From the responses, I get that the VA hasn't released the money yet to the Disabled Vets who are not on Social security. mike
