anyone dealt w/ these folks???

Hey folks,
Anyone in the Canton/Minerva, OH area? Ever dealt w/ a Kustom lawn and garden?

A friend ordered/paid for some stuff a few weeks ago and hasn't heard from them. I tried emailing w/ no response and when I call, I get an answering machine that is full and won't accept a message.

Wondering if it was a small business that got squeezed out and my buddy is out the bucks???

A really simple name like "Kustom lawn and garden" is the name of a business that doesn't exist.

Canton Better Business Bureau doesn't have any complaints against them, but they're not a BBB member, either.

Got a response from them and the parts are in country and waiting to be delivered.
