White forklift?

What model? The White 2-44 is/was an Oliver 550 and it's a very popular tractor. Lots of used and new parts out there.

Are you talking a fork lift like for in a factory? They were called White Mobile Lift. Do you have a model number, etc?

We have a white mobilmatic at work with a 220 MM engine. Just got a master cylinder for it last fall. I'll post tommorrow with the name of a parts place(Rieke's maybe)and phone number. I think its a 1972 model, nothing fancy but better than nothing. chris

I like mine. I bought it for around the farm and we have used it a lot. After you get one you wonder how you got by without it for so long. They can do so much lifting so easy. I pick my lawn mower up like a toy and work on the underside. You can pick up a brushog like a toy and stand it up and sharpen the blades. We have used it hundreds of times. Will pick up an engine with no problem or a pallet of seed. Mine has air tires and will go over a hard driveway or summertime in the grass. I haven't needed any real parts for mine yet. Has a four cylinder Waukeshaw engine that has been very reliable on propane. Starts right up every time I need it. I've even driven it down the road 1/4 mile to my cousins to load a freezer in his truck. Very handy items.

I don't now the model or anything. but the conversation over the phone with the owner makes it seam like a good deal. He seed theres a small leak in one of the welds on the hydraulic tank that leaks.

If I get it I'm going to need a LP tank. Can one be rigged up using throw away LP tanks? I don't plan on using this more then a few times per year.
