O/T No computor sound

Can someone help fix my computor that has no sound. The sound did work, now nothing. Grand daughter has been using it, who knows what she did. Thanks stan

look at the bottom right of your screen and double click on the little speaker. It could be turned all the way down or the mute box checked.

You have to shut the computer off and let it reboot and the sound will come back. You have to kill the power like you had a power outage. Just flip the off switch on your circuit strip and flip it back on and let the computer come back up and it should work again.

My speakers have a "power" button. It is on just one speaker, but it lets you turn both of them on or off. There is also a"volume" control on that speaker.
