Animal car liabilites again new one

There was a move in the legislature to Charge the car operater a "fee" for running over a deer moose, bobcat etc paid to the state. Guess it got voted down was wondering if any state did this? I know it does not mention livestock

I'd be willing to pay the fee if they'd group legislators in with skunks.

If that had passed as hungry as states are for taxes every hunting season across the nation would have been canceled in order to generate more funds.

Yep, gotta get those deer population number up.
