I"ve been digging all over inside my leylands lift assembly . the lift dont lift. the fork engagement was severly worn and bent. i"ve replaced it with a new one. i have had the back apart 3 times. all valve seem to be working properly but the cylinder that pushes up the 3 pt won"t push. with the right lift/lower shifter in lower it gurggles / bypasses oil past this valve. is this normal?
