Mabey he'd been doing a little too much product sampling before he got on the forklift? I saw that on the news last week. That was all Vodka that he brought down on top of himself...

If you look down further on another video, it explains that it was in an alcohol warehouse and destroyed $150,000 worth. Instead of firing the guy, who obviously just punched the gas pedal, they should make him have to clean it all up by himself... then fire him. Dave
