Anybody have or know anythimg about a JD 1520 tractor? good or bad- please give me your thoughts. mike

Depends mostly on how the previous owner(s) took care of it over the past 38+ years.

There were several of those sold around here,but I can't remember right off hand if they were a 3 cylinder like the 1020 or a 4 like the 2020. Either way,in my own never to be humble opinion,I think they were a decent little tractor. I've got a 1020 with a loader on it. I've had it for 28 years, Use it literally everyday loading silage. Use it to load manure,load round bales out of the field. If I haven't destroyed that thing yet,there's no way TO destroy one.

It's a 3 cylinder gas, has a loader and in good shape, Thanks-mike

We have had one on the farm since my Dad bought it new. Have a 48 loader on it. It is a 3 cyl. gas. Use it every day on the farm. excellent tractor, never had ane magor problems with it over the years!
