Pizzelle irons ??

Back in the 50s my mother-in-law worked in a factory in Winsted, CT where they made toasters and such. They made a waffle iron similar to the one you"ve shown that had interchangable plates, including the pizzelle molds. She (92 now) still serves up the family a batch now and again during the year. I"m sure we"ll get some around Christmas along with a bunch of her homemade cookies. Can hardly wait!!

Thanks Roy,
I was wondering what I was going to do with Guido's recipe but without a Pizzelle iron and gas stove!
Would that make it a Yuppy Pizzelle?
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
