had a 773 bobcat come in and the hybro lift was slow. I was told to pull the pump and have it reworked. hydro shop said it was fine checked the relief valve and cleaned and still slow and if you press both pedals at the same time it does not work. Is there something else I should check I am beginning to think it is bypassing in the control valve as the pump never even makes a sound like it has built pressure.hydro shop said there was rubber in the pump and I think I may need to flush the whole system any ideas?

Roy make sure the aux. hydraulics are not on, if they are on from startup you wont hear a difference by pump loading up.

Also check the drive belt, many hydraulic problems caused by slipping belt.

do the pedals move properly? I have a 553. even with the pedal area clean, a small amount of forien material can cather in the hindge area where 2 metal parts move past each other and limit movement. have to dig itout with a screwdriver, preasure washer wouln't do it
