That's why I left your neck of the woods and come back down here to the warm climate.

A mere 17 below this morning. :>)

22 in SC. Allan and those guys in the Dakotas need to shut the door, that North wind is coming all the way down here.

Tropical Heat Wave here, only 13 below.Geez makes me want to watch Grumpier Old Men!

-7 degrees this morning! They are predicting -24 tomorrow! Cousin of mine in Fairbury Nebraska bought a different house. Went to the hardware store and bought an air conditioner this week-got all sorts of strange looks. I told him to turn it off-I can feel it 125+ miles away! Greg

It's nine degrees this morning and thats plenty cold enough for me. Going to be zero tomorrow morning. At least the ground is frozen and its not muddy anymore.

Mine's pretty much the same as every morning -- round with a white face and a black needle, pivoting in the middle, kinda like the minute hand on a clock.

Where you at Gordo where it's that warm? I live SE of Huron and our temp read -30. I didn't want to believe it until I talked to the neighbor and his read -34. Told the wife that the snow drifts in the drive way can wait 'til Sunday. Son is suppose to go to basketball practice this morning, but we haven't seen the county plow yet and it's a 12 mile jaunt into town.

23 above in Great Falls, MT. It was around 7 below when I went to bed at ten last night. It's supposed to get up to 40 for the next 3 days and be above freezing for the next week.

Windchill was -48C again this morning....no school buses for two days, they stop at -45C, so having to run kids to school!

20f degress here in lower michigan at 1pm. It is going down to 10f degrees tonight and not supposed to get out of the teens all weekend.

It was 17 in Dallas at 7:00 am, wind chill was 0. Temp at noon was 24, wind chill 9.

Supposed to hit 14 this evening.

warmed up to zero. Haven't had good ice skating on the ponds in 30 years. Maybe this year. Its much easier moving around bales on frozen ground instead of mud. As soon as my tractor starts, I'm going to move some.

It's 3 here in western NY right now, just came in from snowblowing the driveway. Nothing out of the ordinary for us this time of year. Just got about 50" of snow this week too. The Lake will probably freeze up soon with these temps and shut off the Lake Effect snow.
