Spokane county ,Washington Little one is a D4 7U and Big one is a D4D .Both Cats don't see much work just a little harrowing and seeding. Most of the stuff done with wheel tractors. Thanks

great looking pix, just wondering why you use the track machines instead of wheel tractors?

come on spring

The high cost of track wear has all but done away
with crawler tractors doing ag work around here.
Is there some reason other than you just want to run the crawlers that you use them. How many acres are you farming...? Love the photos always interesting to see how thing are done in other
parts. If you are in any usda ag program around here plowing or working the soil on that kind of a slope is just a pure no..no..two much erosion but we may have more rain in a month than you have in a year who knows..

Use the crawlers for the lighter drills and the D4 cat don't get used much. Most of the time we use it because we don't need the big ponies.Wheel tractor gets hooked to the J.D. 455 drill when used and the Cats don't cut a rut the the big wheelers do.Thanks

Sure a nice change ... THANKS for sharing .. don't see a lot of farming done with track tractors ...

Great pictures, super nice farm and well kept machinery, looks like you got it all under control. Thanks for putting up the pictures.

Around here you see crawlers used by the Amish. They won't use rubber tires on their tractors so it's steel wheels or tracks.

It's always a pleasure to see a well managed and prosperous looking farm. Around here they have a "Dairy of Distinction" recognition program. I doubt they have something similar for wheat farmers but you'd deserve an award.
