I came home today and found a ferrell gas supply truck stuck in my driveway today......And I am not a customer (victim) of them anymore. But my neighbor is a customer for Ferrell and the driver went down my driveway instead and after he realized he screwed up he decided to back out my loooong driveway, then fell off my driveway and almost into a pond. I told him I was super Pi$$ed off and I wanted a wrecker here immediately to get the fricken truck moved, he already made the call, it took an hour for the wrecker to get him out.
I still hate Ferrell gas.
Nuff said.

Ferrel gas: what can we say about Ferrell gas, nothing because I will not waist my time or
breath on them: Why because they fail'd to put a regulater and refused to do so on there tank and
my good friend lost his house over it, it blow up
no one hurt. F/G Only paid for half of the damages.
I have been told they are owned by a bunch of
J---.

So let me understand what H--- happened here.

Ferrell gas didnt put a regulator on the house and it leaked in to house, the house blows up and Ferrell gas only has to pay for 1/2 of it? Did the guy sue them? or was it an out of court thing?

Lead would fly if it was me with a destroyed home.
And it would be all over the local 6 o clock news.

Everybody makes mistakes. The guy just went down the wrong driveway and was trying to get out. He probably already felt pretty bad. I wouldn't have gotten upset about that. There are just too many things worse that that to get upset about IMHO. For example, if he didn't realize his mistake before your tank was filled--that would have ------ me off.

Nah, Ive been reading Guru's hotheaded posts for a couple of years now and it sounds about right to me. The word "hate" is one he uses often.

"Lead would fly?" And you would be in jail for a long time. And some big bubba guy would be your "friend".

In Omaha, several years ago, they condemned a house because of a heating oil delivery! You see, it was the wrong house, they had removed the tank, but not the fill tube outside, and the basement was half full before the truck driver knew it! I guess it stank so bad, all they could do was tear it down! I believe the oil supplier made it right though...!

"For example, if he didn't realize his mistake before your tank was filled--that would have ------ me off."

That wouldn't have pi$$ed me off. It would have been a free fill-up.

Last year my oil company topped-off my neighbor's tank by mistake (they use a different oil company). He didn't have to pay for it and I sure didn't.

Ferrell gas in my area is pretty much gone unless you"re a big consumer and I mean big like farming 5 or 6 thousand acres I"ve heard prices lower than most suppliers can buy theirs. They"re no friend of mine but there was a time when the locally owned business was the best around but it"s seems to be going the route of most local business"s. I posted something along these lines a couple years ago when they tried to R@*e me with their brazen rule changes they made and weren"t ashamed of it and they are not regulated by the way. I looked it up.

Nice work.

The guy was already having a bad day, and was probably expecting an a**-chewing when he got back in. But you figured you'd heap a bit more misery on the guy. You could have proven yourself to be bigger man by helping him get his truck out so he could finish his rounds without waiting for a wrecker.

Whatever Ferrell might have done to you, I doubt it was any of that driver's doing.

Well said Mark, the driver is just a person same as the rest of you trying to keep his family safe and provided for.Driving a fuel delivery truck is not the best in this kind of weather.

I agree with the others here, the Guy only works for them,And most likly got his !!!! Reamed by his Boss.By the way Would You Like His JOB ! Poor Directions,Unplowed Drive Ways,Uncleaned Path to The Tank he Is To Fill?and Most of All DRAGING THAT HEAVY Hose, some times to the end of its travel trying to Do His Job.O I forgot all so for A Poor Wages.YOU SURE KNOW HOW TO MAKE A FRIEND.

The guy made an honest mistake and was trying to back up. What else was he supposed to do? Maybe he's a new/different driver and hasn't delivered out there before? Once you gave him the attitude, perhaps he should have cancelled the tow truck and gave you the same attitude? Just because you "hate" the company is no reason to take it out on the driver. Was the driver black by chance? I think you seriously over reacted. Dave

Not taking sides here but I think you just over-reacted yourself, 135 Fan.Just had to throw the racist card out on the table didn't ya??

Nothing gets a thread poofed faster!

And what (pray tell) good would it have done to cancel the tow truck???
