well I just found out one of my brother's filed for bankruptcy,goes on vacation's, drives a nice truck gets tatoo's that look like crap on his fat a$$ body ,thinks he's a big shot,brag's about all the money he has,what a looooooser,sorry about the rant I'm done for now!

My Dad's sister and her husband filed, I think, seven times. Grandparents always asked her how they should handle their money! Never did make sense to me! Greg

A lot of big name corporations are defaulting on commercial real estate now. And look at Donald nnalert - he has filed corporate bk a couple of times. Not saying it's right, just that he has a lot of company.

Detect a little pleasure there, of course everything is in the wifes name so all he is doing is getting out of paying his creditors.
Big business people do it all the time, never see them at the soup kitchen, matter of fact never move from their mansion.A legalised way of avoiding responsibility for your stupidity..

JD2ACWD, I know how you feel, you work hard, and watch someone who dosent. I see it everyday, I know a guy who is 41 and still lives with his 76 year old mother, no job, no car, a LOOSER. Sad part is, mom dosent even care, she wants him like this. Will throw herself in front of a train for him. Sorry for the rant.

Here's the true scenario some of us farmers see. Farmer has new machinery,new pickup, new car,new house, pays big land rents and goes bankrupt. The next year he he has new machinery, new pickup, new car, new house and pays big land rents. Happened in the 80's and it's happening now. Spending big money they don't have on iron does not affect the neighbors much but bidding up land to unprofitable levels does. Jim

I have a brother in law like that. The king of the scum pile. Always trying to get money off of someone. He used to be a Snap On dealer. Had eighty five thousand in the bank he could not account for. Smarted off to the IRS when they asked about it. So he lost all that and now everything is in his wifes name.
